NARUTO (SEASON 1-3): AN INTRODUCTION TO THE FICTIONAL WORLD OF ‘NINJA’
Naruto(2002-2007)©Pierrot studios |
It’s preposterous to write an article on a famous
show that had already established its enormous fan-club which will never
disappear from society. Another reason to ‘NOT’ write an article on this
show is due to the worldwide popularity of the prime protagonist named NARUTO
UZUMAKI.
I know most of my relevant readers and peers might
be wondering the same that ‘why am I writing an article on a show like Naruto
which was once quite popular among the young generation? It’s nonsensical to
write a blog on a series that has been watched by most of the population during
their childhood days.
Anyway, I started to watch Naruto on Netflix and
decided to write a blog for a specific percentage of people who are nescient to
this universal show. Many didn’t even know about Naruto (even I used
to belong to the same category). So fasten your seatbelts coz the Blog will be
a bit long and detailed.
In this article, I will sum up three different
seasons briefly so that you guys will get an unmitigated idea about the substance of the show.
NARUTO
(SEASON 1): AN INTRODUCTION TO THE CHARACTER OF NARUTO
It’s that point when you dive into the fictional
world of Ninjas meticulously. You will have a brief idea about the
fictional ‘NINJA’ education system but most notably you will plunge deep into
the character of Naruto Uzumaki. His inner predicaments and aspirations will
give you a brief idea about his dispositions and nature of thoughts.
Apart from Naruto, you will be introduced to three
different yet important personas (Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi). Though the
makers didn’t reveal much about their character in the first season. As per
the information, I gathered a lot will be revealed about these characters in
further seasons.
Despite showcasing a substantial amount of details
about the characters and the Ninja society, the first season did manage to
have a pair of antagonists named Zabuza and Haku who would face off against
Naruto and his comrades.
My honest opinion: The thing I liked about the first
season of Naruto was it successfully managed to enumerate a lot about the prime
protagonist within the range of 22 episodes without any trace of confusion and
bewilderment. This meticulous representation can help a lot to understand the character of Naruto Uzumaki.
NARUTO
(SEASON 2): IT WAS LIKE A TALENT SHOW FOR NINJAS
Season 2 was all about displaying the hidden
proficiency of various Ninjas who belong to the academy of the leaf village.
Popularly known as the ‘Chunin exam arc’ Naruto season 2 was like a talent show
for the viewers. This season unravelled the hidden abilities of the young Ninjas
who were studying in the Ninja academy of ‘leaf village’. The exams were
organized for the sole motive of judging the capabilities of young Ninjas.
One of the impressive aspects of this arc was the
competency of Naruto as a ninja. Though the first season didn’t reveal much
about his powers the second season showcased the heroic and relentless
efforts he put forth to achieve his destiny.
Amidst this exam, a formidable foe emerges, and his
name is Orochimaru who treacherously devise a plan to annihilate the hidden
leaf village (it will be cleared to you in season 3)
Honest opinion: This season is better for a single
reason:
1) The
series divert its attention from Naruto and displayed the hidden abilities of
other Ninjas. This specific facet made the show more enjoyable and gripping to
watch.
NARUTO
(SEASON 3): THE DANGER EMERGES WITH FULL POTENTIAL
Season 3 is where the real ‘peril’ emerges from the
shadows as Orochimaru (ex-shinobi of leaf village) returns to annihilate the
glorious Leaf village and the Third Hokage (Sarutobi). He perfidiously
infiltrated the leaf village along with the mercenaries of the sand village.
The season concluded the ‘Chunin exam arc’ in the
most vicious way. A full-scale war made the season amusing and interesting to
watch, though the makers unnecessarily lengthen certain sequences still it didn’t make
the show lost its relevant charm.
Other than that a considerable amount of details
were showed about Orochimaru and the reasons behind his tyrannical intentions.
CONCLUSION:
The reason behind the popularity of Naruto is his
temperament to work relentlessly for achieving the ultimate goal of life. I
always get inspired by his idea of ‘Not giving up so easily’ and keep on
working until and unless you accomplish your objective.
The second part of this blog will be uploaded soon which
will cover up the information from (season 4-6)
